> What is the minimum deposit needed to open an account?

A Trading account can be opened with as little as $500, and the minimum opening requirement depends on the account type:

Note: If you wish to open an account in a different base currency other than USD, the minimum opening deposit will be the same units in your desired currency.

> What base currencies are available to open an account in?

You can open an account in any of the following currencies:

> USD / EUR / GBP / JPY / AED

> What documents do I need to provide to open a new account?

Proof of Identity

Depending on the type of account, country of origin, citizenship and other factors, you may be required to submit additional documents along with your completed and signed account forms. These documents may be submitted directly to VARIANSE via email ([email protected]) or via the online application portal.

  Requirements for Individual or Joint Accounts

> Required: Completely filled out client application, either electronic or downloaded and emailed or posted to    VARIANSE
> Required: Copy of government issued ID. Passport or Drivers License
> Required: Proof of Address. This can be a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
> Optional: If your account is managed by a 3rd party, you will also need to provide a power of attorney and    discretionary account terms.

  Corporate Accounts

> Required: Completed corporate client application with all information requested, either electronic or    downloaded and emailed or posted to VARIANSE
> Required: Copy of government issued ID for owners of company. Passport or Drivers License
> Required: Proof of Address. This can be a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
> Required: Client must submit copy of Certificate of Incorporation or similar business documents and    Articles of Incorporation or Partnership Agreement or Trust Agreement as applicable. List of directors,    partners, principles.
> Optional: If your account is managed by a 3rd party, you will also need to provide a power of attorney and    discretionary account terms.

  Trust Accounts

> Copy of the entire trust agreement that clearly identifies the trustees and clearly states their authority to    open an account for the trading of margined Foreign Exchange. If no such authorization exists in the trust    document, a properly signed amendment to the trust stating that the trustees have the authority to invest in    margined Foreign Exchange and that such investment does not violate any other provision of the trust. All    documents must be in English or be accompanied by a certified translation.
> Properly signed Foreign Certification (if required).
> Copies of passports or other government-issued IDs for the trustees.
> If requested, other documentation confirming the legal status and purpose of the trust.

> How long does it take to open an account?

Account opening is a simple procedure and should take no longer than 1 hour as long as all of your required documentation is accepted and correct. You can start trading Live as soon as you make your first deposit.

> What deposit methods are available?

Currently we offer the following deposit methods:

> Are my funds segregated and secure?

Yes, all client funds are kept in segregated accounts from the company. We only work with reputable financial institutions and client funds are held with Barclays Bank in the UK, which assures our clients of the safety of their funds.

> How long does it take for my trading account to be credited after a deposit?

Bank Wire transfers will be credited to your trading account the same day once received, and deposits via Credit Card / Alternate payment methods are usually processed within 60 minutes during working hours.

> How long does it take to receive my funds after a withdrawal?

All withdrawals will be processed the same day and will be sent back to via bank wire transfer, which usually takes 1 to 3 working days to recieve.

> Do you offer Islamic/Swap free Accounts?

Yes we do, please contact us and one of our advisers will guide you through the setup process

> Can I open multiple trading accounts?

Yes you may open as many trading accounts as you require. Please contact us if you would like to setup an additional trading account.

> Can I view my full trading history?

Yes your full trading history is available via the MetatTrader4 platform. Please navigate to the Account History tab on the Terminal window at the bottom of your platform.

> Can I transfer funds between multiple trading accounts online?

This feature will be available soon, in the mean time please email us your transfer instructions.
