VARIANSE is a trading name of VDX Derivatives which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in the Republic of Mauritius. The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (the ‘FSC’) is the integrated regulator for the non-bank financial services sector and global business. Established in 2001, the FSC is mandated under the Financial Services Act 2007 and has as enabling legislations the Securities Act 2005, the Insurance Act 2005 and the Private Pension Schemes Act 2012 to license, regulate, monitor and supervise the conduct of business activities in these sectors
Segregation of Client Funds
All client funds deposited with VARIANSE are fully segregated from the company’s own funds and are kept in separate ring-fenced client custodian bank accounts with Barclays Bank. This ensures that funds belonging to clients cannot be used for any other purpose.

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme is the UK's statutory Deposit insurance and investors compensation scheme for customers of authorised financial services firms. This means that FSCS can pay compensation if a firm is unable, or likely to be unable, to pay claims against it up to a value of £85,000.

VARIANSE is a trading name of VDX Capital Ltd. which is authorised and regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) Malaysia. The Labuan FSA licenses and regulates licensed entities operating within Labuan IBFC and ensures all such entities remain in compliance with the Labuan laws and regulations and adhere to the international standards, which are adopted by the jurisdiction. The Labuan FSA develops regulatory policies to ensure orderly conduct of business and financial services in the Labuan International Business Financial Centre.
